Klasiku brokolicové polévky jsem dávno nahradila novými, originálnějšími recepty. A že jich brokolice nabízí spoustu. Na přípravu jsem využila zbytek zelené kari pasty, která vytvoří báječný, kořeněný, pikantní základ, nejenom na dnešní hutnou hřejivou brokolicovou polévku.

A právě vydatné, nejlépe pikantní, polévky posypané křupavými semínky jsou tak báječným lékem na chmurné počasí. I když u nás, u protinožců, již začalo jaro, rána a večery si stále myslí, že ještě nepřišel ten správný čas a tak se kromě tulení pod peřinou zahříváme miskou plnou horké polévky.

Zejména v poslední době, jsem si oblíbila přípravu, kdy její část rozmixuju tyčovým mixérem. Tím se krásně zahustí, chutě navzájem propojí, ale zároveň nepřijdu o křupavé kousky zeleniny, které my tak moc rádi! V podstatě tak připravuju už téměř každou polévku.

Na servírování nesmí chybět opečená semínka, a aby byla chuť ještě bohatší a celé jídlo sytější, přidala jsem opečené batátove chipsy a kokosovou smetanu.

Suroviny

na 2 porce / příprava 15 minut

  • 1 brokolice
  • 1 cibule
  • 1 vrchovatá lžíce zelené kari pasty
  • 1 lžička kurkumy
  • 1 lžička římského kmínu
  • sójová omáčka
  • kokosový olej

na podávání

  • kokosová smetana
  • opečený batát
  • semínka
  • chilli omáčka
Postup
  1. Na kokosovém oleji si dorůžova na mírném plameni osmažíme najemno nakrájenou cibuli, poté přidáme kari pastu, kurkumu a římský kmín a za stálého míchání prosmažíme další minutku.
  2. Zalijeme ca ¾ litrem vody nebo vývaru, přidáme pokrájenou brokolici (čím menší kousky, tím rychleji se uvaří) a ochutíme sójovou omáčkou nebo solí. Vaříme do změknutí brokolice cca 5 minut.
  3. Část polévky rozmixujeme tyčovým mixérem, tím ji zahustíme, ale zároveň ponecháme kousky.
  4. Polévku podáváme s opečeným batátem, semínky a rostlinnou smetanou.
