Pečení vždy patřilo mezi moje oblíbené činnosti, protože té sladké vůni linoucí se z trouby a následné pohodičce s odpolední kávou a zákuskem, se prostě nic nevyrovná. Během karantény tak běžela naše trouba téměř nonstop. Ovšem nebyla jsem to pouze já, ale i naši spolubydlící, kteří se ujali role šéfkuchaře, a každý den jsme tak měli na výběr hned několik dobrůtek.

Dostatek času a potřebný počet strávníků, dal vzniknout hned několika novým dezertům – dezertům, kde kraluje rostlinná složka a často se schovává i nějaká ta zelenina. Naprosto ideální způsob jak propašovat trochu té zeleniny i těm, kteří ji zrovna moc neholdují. Protože co si budeme povídat, čokoládu zbožňuje snad každý.

Na pečení jsem už zkoušela používat cuketu, mrkev, dýni a dokonce i sladkou bramboru, ale dnes je to poprvé co je to rudě červená řepa. A musím uznat, že už první pokus se povedl moc dobře. Čokoládový dezert tak dostal velvetový nádech a jemně zemitou chuť, která se krásně pojí s čokoládovým základem.

Pyré z řepy

Červenou řepu párkrát propíchneme vidličkou, zabalíme do alobalu a pečeme do změknutí v troubě na 200 °C cca 45 minut. Upečenou řepu oloupeme pomocí ubrousku (jednoduše třením o její povrch) a rozmixujeme na hladké pyré. Pokaždé připravuji skleničku do zásoby, která je pak ready na vaření dalších dobrot – od hummusu, přes těstoviny až po netradiční formu noků nebo palačinek.

Suroviny

na formu o průměru 20 cm / příprava 10 minut + cca 30 minut pečení

suché suroviny

  • 1 hrnek celozrnné mouky
  • ¾ hrnku třtinového cukru
  • 2 lžíce kakaa
  • ¼ lžičky od následujícího – soda, prdopeč
  • 1 lžička instantní kávy (nemusí být)
  • špetka soli

mokré suroviny

  • 1 lněné vajíčko (1 lžíce mletých lněných semínek se 3 lžícemi vody)
  • ½ hrnku pyré z řepy (viz poznámka výše)
  • 100 g roztavené kvalitní čokolády
  • 2 lžíce olivového nebo kokosového oleje
  • 2 lžíce rostlinného mléka

na podávání

čoko poleva z avokáda / čokoláda

Postup
  1. V míse si zvlášt smícháme suché a mokré suroviny, které nakonec důkladně promícháme dohromady.
  2. Pečící formu vymažeme olejem a pomocí stěrky do ní zarovnáme připravené těsto.
  3. Pečeme na 180 °C cca 30 minut – zkontrolujeme pomocí špejle.
  4. Upečený koláč necháme nejprve 15 minut zchladnout ve formě a poté ho vyndáme na mřížku.
  5. Na zcela vychladlý dort naneseme čoko polevu z avokáda, nebo jednoduše roztavenou čokoládu smíchanou s troškou rostlinného mléka.
