Dnešní recept je určený pro všechny milovníky sladkých snídaní. Je to jednoduchá rychlovka, kterou jsem si oblíbila během našeho života v dodávce. Bez pořádné špajzky mi navíc banány černaly před očima a tak jsem začala hledat recepty, kde bych mohla uplatnit i ty nejčernější. Přesně takové jsou báječné například do smoothie, pečení všeho druhu, anebo právě na přípravu dnešní snídaně.

Vedle olivového oleje mám vždy po ruce i olej kokosový, který je báječný na smažení všeho druhu, jelikož má vysokou teplotu přepalování, a zároveň dodá pokrmům příjemné kokosové aroma. Pak už jen stačí nakrájený banán opéct z obou stran dozlatova, provoňet skořicí a servírovat s kokosovým jogurtem, sezonním ovocem, granolou a posypané strouhanou čokoládou. K tomu čerstvá voňavá káva a úspěch bude stoprocentně zaručen!

  • 1 banán rozkrojený podélně
  • kokosový olej
  • skořice

na podávání

  • kokosový jogurt
  • ovoce
  • granola
  • čokoláda
Postup
  1. Na trošce kokosového oleje si z obou stran opečeme banán dozlatova – po otočení posypeme skořicí.
  2. Osmažený banán podáváme s jogurtem, sezonním ovocem a křupavou granolou.
