I přestože mým ránům kraluje čaj, nedám dopustit na silnou a kvalitní kávu. Se životem na cestách se tak stala espresso konvička, mnohdy nazývána moka, nezbytnou součástí mojí skromné pojízdné kuchyňky. Ta rána s úžasným výhledem a horkou kávou jsou totiž k nezaplacení.

S kávou se dá i skvěle čarovat v kuchyni a vykouzlit mnohé senzační, a tak dobré dezerty, kde se snoubí nahořklá a výrazná chuť kávy s jemným krémem a šťavnatým ovocem. Alespoň to je moje nejoblíbenější kombinace…

Následující recept je pro všechny milovník kávy, který se dá hravě zvládnout během pár minut. Nejvíce času zabere čekání, než se vločky náležitě uleží a nasáknou do sebe chuť kávy. Proto je nejlepší začít s přípravou večer, ať si druhého dne můžete vychutnat tuto po kávě vonící snídani. Pixla s připravenými vločky navíc vydrží v lednici několik dní.

Na podávání se skvěle hodí (kokosový) jogurt ať bílý řeckého typu, tak i jakýkoliv ovocný, to už nechám na vás. Ovšem pokud použijete bílý, osladila bych ho lžičkou přírodního sladidla, ať se vyváží nahořklá chuť kávy. Osobně jsem použila meruňkový a na podávání maliny. A to vám byla ale dobrota!

TIP! Pokud nemáte pro ruce chia semínka, přidejte více vloček, aby jste dosáhli krémové husté konzistence.

Suroviny

na 2 – 3 porce / příprava 5 minut + uležení přes noc

  • 1 hrnek vloček
  • 1 hrnek uvařené silné kávy
  • 1 hrnek rostlinného mléka
  • 2 lžíce chia semínek
  • 2 lžíce kakaa
  • 1 lžíce medu nebo javorového sirupu
  • špetka soli
  • špetka skořice

na podávání

  • ovoce (maliny, jahody, pomeranč…)
  • oblíbený jogurt
Postup
  1. Všechny ingredience smícháme v uzavíratelné dóze a necháváme přes noc uležet v lednici.
  2. Druhý den podáváme s jogurtem a ovocem.
