Těstoviny jsou vždy zárukou rychlého, vydatného a svěžího jídla. Právě proto je italská kuchyně jedna z mých nejoblíbenějších. Stačí mít poblíž pár surovin a během chvilky je možné vykouzlit senzační oběd či večeři.

Tento recept vznikl během naší práce na kiwi sadech. Práce to byla fyzicky náročná a tak jsem po šichtě neměla chuť vyvářet, proto jsem většinou vymyslela nějakou rychlovku.

V obchodě jsem sáhla po pestu, olivách, sýru feta a bylo rozhodnuto o večeři a obědu na druhý den. Do mísy jsem ještě přihodila ořechy, kapary, vydatně zalila olivovým olejem a vytvořila tak báječnou teplou večeři a studený, svěží salát na druhý den. Tenkrát jsem neměla sílu jídlo jakkoliv dokumentovat, ale bylo mi jasné, že si tuhle baštu ještě párkrát uvaříme. Sice to trvalo pár měsíců, ale tady ho máte. Další svěží recept na horké slunečné dny.

Suroviny

na cca 2 porce / příprava 20 minut

  • ⅔ balíčku těstovin cca 350 g
  • 100 g fety
  • 2 lžíce pokrájených sušených rajčat v oleji + 3 lžíce oleje
  • 3 lžíce bazalkového pesta
  • 3 lžíce nasekaných ořechů (mandle, vlašské…)
  • 1 lžíce kapary
  • 1 lžíce balzamikového octa
  • ⅓ plecháčku pokrájených oliv kalamata
  • olivový olej
  • čerstvě mletý pepř
  • sůl
Postup
  1. V osolené vodě uvaříme těstoviny al dente, scedíme a v míse promícháme s olivovým olejem.
  2. Mezitím, co se nám vaří těstoviny, si připravíme do mísy ostatní suroviny – pokrájenou fetu, sušená rajčata, pesto, ořechy, kapary a olivy.
  3. Důkladně promícháme s uvařenými těstovinami, vydatně popepříme a podle chuti dosolíme.
  4. Těstovinový salát můžeme podávat rovnou ještě za tepla, či vychlazený jako svěží oběd nebo jako senzační přílohu ke grilování.
