Pokud bych psala recept v angličtině, jednoznačně by se jmenoval super bowl, tedy tzv. super mísa, jelikož se jedná o spojení super potravin, oblíbených ingrediencí a dresinku. A to vše v jedné míse. Pojmenování salát by se na následující recept prostě nehodilo.

Možná podle obrázku vypadá jídlo složitě, ale pravda je taková, že většinu ingrediencí jsem měla již hotovou – v podstatě zbytky z předešlého oběda a večeře. Tím bych pouze chtěla podotknout, že si můžete upravit recept, dle dostupných surovin ve vaší ledničce.

Mě osobně zbyla cuketa z přípravy zeleninových nudliček, červené zelí ze salátu s pečeným falafelem, batát z batátové polévky či quinoa od přípravy středoamerického salátu. Všechno jsem tedy naservírovala s čerstvou zeleninou, kterou jsem našla v ledničce, a přidala dresink z vlašských ořechů. Ovšem použít lze libovolnou zálivku či salát servírovat s hummusem.

Recept může mít tedy hned několik obměn, například ho lze servírovat jako vegetariánský s vařeným vejcem nebo masový s nakrájenou uzeninou. To již nechám čistě na vás.

Suroviny

na 1 pořádnou mísu / příprava cca 30 minut

pečená zelenina

  • ½ cukety nakrájená na plátky
  • ½ batátu nakrájeného na plátky
  • 1 hrnek nakrouhaného červeného zelí
  • kokosový nebo olivový olej
  • ½ lžičky kari koření
  • sůl

dresink z vlašských ořechů

  • ¼ hrnku vlašských ořechů
  • ½ lžičky dijonské hořčice
  • 1 lžička mletých koriandrových semínek
  • 1 lžíce jablečného octa
  • 4 lžíce olivového (avokádového) oleje
  • 1 lžíce citronové šťávy
  • 4 lžíce pomerančové šťávy + extra na rozředění
  • sůl a pepř
  • voda

salát

  • mix salátu
  • ředkvičky
  • avokádo
  • cherry rajčátka
  • 2 lžíce jablečného octa
  • 1 lžíce olivového oleje
  • sůl

na podávání

Postup
  1. Troubu si rozpálíme na 200°C na režim horkovzduch.
  2. Nakrájenou cuketu a batát smícháme s olejem, solí a kari kořením, stejně tak i v misce zvlášť zelí. V rozpálené troubě pečeme nejprve cca 15 minut cuketu a batát, poté přidáme zelí a pečeme další 2 minuty.
  3. Mezitím, co se nám peče zelenina, si připravíme dresink. Všechny ingredience rozmixujeme na hladký krém a podle kýžené konzistence, naředíme pomerančovou šťávou.
  4. Dále si připravíme základní salát. V misce smícháme mix salátu s pokrájenou zeleninou, olejem, octem a solí.
  5. Připravený salát dle fantazie podáváme s pečenou zeleninou, dresinkem, quinou, nachos, pečenou cizrnou, klíčky, ředkvičkou, rajčátky a avokádem.
